Reading: We have taken the end of the six weeks test and the students did a terrific job on the test. I was please with the scores overall.
ľ We are completing Superfudge and will take the AR test tomorrow. Vocabulary and Synonym test will be on Thursday.
English: Whatever they don¡¦t complete in class is their homework
Spelling: Some students are doing a great job getting their spelling work completed and turned in on time. Please encourage your child to continue to work hard. I do allow them time in class to work on our daily assignment.
Daily Assignments: Monday ¡V ABC Order; Tuesday ¡V 5 times each; Wednesday ¡V Write Sentences using 12 of their spelling words; Thursday ¡V Write a story using at least 10 of their spelling words; Friday ¡V Test
Parent Conference/Report Card day is Monday, October 1st from 12 noon to 7pm.
Field trip to Moundville is set for Friday, October 5th. Robert Trent Jones field trip is Tuesday, September 25, 2007. Permission forms and $2 are due by tomorrow.

Science: Tomorrow we will exchange back to History or Science class.
