Some parents may question the idea of a multi-age classroom for their child.First, let me explain
the principle behind this classroom. Some children have a difficult time adjusting to the class changes and the faster pace of the middle school. The multi-age classroom is most beneficial in that it gives students a chance to adjust slowly in a smaller class
setting. Other students may be placed into the Multi-Age class due to extenuating circumstances or as an intervention to direct them onto the correct path.
The maximum number of students in the multi-age classroom is set at 12, which gives students much needed personal attention. Having a smaller class gives students an opportunity for much needed one-on-one and small group learning and also eases the stress from transition.
Throughout the year I will post events, class happenings, school calendar, etc here on schoolnotes.com, so check back often.
