can file now by using your 2010 information and
then correct it later with your 2011 facts. The
sooner you do this, the more likely you are to
receive funds.
PIN numbers are needed for parents and students to file
a FAFSA. You will each get a different number.
TN Lottery Scholarships require you to file a FAFSA.

U of Memphis Applicants--priority registration to be
considered for U of M scholarships is Feb. 1.

The Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship and Training
Program-- will be accepting applications for
admission to their program. Senior English
teachers have the contact info. You must have
graduated from high school before you can apply.
Tenn. Daughters of the American Revolution--Requires
a 150-300 essay, transcript, resume, and two
letters of recommendation from a minister, a
Scout leader, employer or educator. Value is
$2500. Deadline is Feb. 1. Details/application

Ellen Davies Rodgers/Zachariah Davies Scholarship--
requires a 300-500 word essay, transcript,
resume, a narrative on patriotic endeavors,
and two letters of recommendation from a minister,
CAR Senior Leader, Scout leader, employer,
supervisor of community program, or educator.

Feb. 1. Value is $750.
Cancer Center--will award 10 $500 scholarships. Go

Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County-- offers a $1000
college scholarship to a Tipton County senior who
will be a full-time student in college this fall.
Requirements: "good grades," record of community
involvement, and a college major in a child-related

registered in an SYS track, football, or cheer-

for $1500 each to be applied toward tuition.

UT Chattanooga Mathematics--three different scholar-
ships for students who will be majoring in
mathematics at UTC. Deadline is March 15.
