The following are some dates to add to your 2009-2010 calendar:
August 18: Open House
August 19: Maestro Foods fundraiser kick-off
September 10: GMS v. Nichols game, 5:00. The 7th & 8th grade band will play at the 8th grade football game.
September 22: GMS v. Pisgah game, 6:00. The 7th & 8th grade band will play at the 8th grade football game.
September 29: GMS v. St. Andrew's game, 6:00. The 7th & 8th grade band will play at the 8th grade football game.
October 22: GMS v. Flora, 6:00. The 7th & 8th grade band will play at the 8th grade football game.
December 7: Tentative date for Winter Band Concert. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade REQUIRED attendance.
Students should arrive at 6:15.
Start time: 6:30 p.m.
Attire:
Young men--white long-sleeve button-up shirt, black pants, black socks, black shoes, black tie.
Young ladies--white long-sleeve blouse. Black skirt or pants, black shoes.
