We have begun our LAST chapter--chapter 5-- on Energy. This chapter test will be our last test. :)
AWARDS DAY IS WEDNESDAY, MAY 6th!!! PARENTS ARE INVITED!!!!
Students are to dress nicely. They are allowed to bring a change of clothes for the afternoon activities.
Awards given include perfect attendance, honor roll all year--All A and A/B, highest average per class, individual awards like Geography Bee and clubs, and the "JAG" awards.
6th/7th grade program begins at 8:30. 8th grade program begins at 10:30.
Residency Forms, that were attached to progress reports, need to be return ASAP.

MCT II test will take place next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Your child needs to be at school no later than 8:10. They need to be present EVERY DAY! We will have class after the test in the mornings.

Our school will be changing locations beginning the 2009-2010 school year. We will move into a new building off the Sowell Road exit near the Germantown subdivision. Our name will change also! We will be GERMANTOWN MIDDLE SCHOOL. Literally our school is moving with the present building becoming ALL elementary.
For science you will simply need a section in your big binder labeled Science. Always have loose leaf paper and a pencil. Other supplies will be asked for as needed throughout the year (for projects and such).
