Welcome to AP Psychology!

The AP Psychology course is designed to introduce students to the systematic and scientific study of the behavior and mental processes of human beings and other animals.  Students are exposed to the psychological facts, principles, and phenomena associated with each of the major subfields within psychology.  They also learn about the ethics and methods psychologists use in their science and practice.

Psychologist Profile *Due Wednesday, August 29, 2008
1. Create a sandwhich board (20 points) (like protestors wear, hangs over your shoulders)
2. You will pick a psychologist from me!
3. On the front of the board:
a. Picture (10 points)
b. Birth/Death dates (10 points)
c. Their contribution to psychology (20 points)
d. How is their contribution affecting psychology today (10 points)
4. On the back: Make a resume for your psychologist. (30 points) Find all true information that you can and be creative with the rest!  Microsoft Word has a great resume builder.
If you dress up like the psychologist you will receive 10 bonus points!
