We are currently in our Choreography unit.

Your current choreography assignment is to choreograph a piece on the 2 other dancers in your group based on the emotion you chose when you listened to the music options. This counts as a Test Grade! Points to remember when creating your choreography:
-Use the Rondo form (ABACADA, for example)
-Use all 3 levels, maximum space, variations in timing(you will be graded on effective and creative use of all the Elements of Dance)
-Use abstract movement to interpret the emotion, do not try to tell a story
-As the choreographer it is your responsibility to clearly communicate your ideas and intent to your dancers.
*5th block will present their pieces on May 7.
*6th block will present their pieces on May 13 (due to subject area testing absences)
