REQUIREMENTS:
1. 30 HOURS CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION
2. 12 HOURS SIMULATOR INSTRUCTION
3. 3 HOURS DRIVING INSTRUCTION (DRIVERS PERMIT)

STEPS TO GET DRIVERS PERMIT:
1. COMPLETE APPLICATION
2. CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
3. SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
4. EDUCATION FORM FROM THE FRONT OFFICE (GOOD FOR 30 DAYS)

*** ATTENTION ***
STUDENT MUST HAVE DRIVERS PERMIT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DRIVING INTSTRUCTION.

*** GRADING ***

CLASSROOM / SIMULATOR = 50%
DRIVING               = 50%

*** DRIVERS EDUCATION IS A SEMESTER COURSE, PLEASE REVIEW THE STUDENT HANDBOOK REGARDING ABSENCES.
