Our first,second and third year students are on weekly plans, which include 2 language, 2 math, 1 SRA, 1 journal, 1 peace and 1 cultural this week.
Homework:
Your child should have brought home a folder containing spelling homework which was sent home on Sept. 24. The first spelling test is tomorrow, October 8th. New spelling homework will be sent home tomorrow as well.
Our field trip to Prairie Oak Metro Park was a success. The children enjoyed standing in a prairie garden that was taller than themselves and hopefully learned a great deal about prairies as well. Thank you to all of the parents who attended this field trip with us.
Grandparent's Day is this Friday! If you haven't signed up yet to bring refreshments, you will find our sign-up sheet on the bulletin outside of the P1 classroom. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
