Math: We will be reviewing Factor Trees on Monday, and covering Order of Operations, Graphing Ordered Pairs, and Rules, Tables, and Graphs this week. The 2nd Accelerated Math assignment for the quarter is due Friday, 11/6. There will be a total of 8 assignments due by the end of the quarter. Any extra assignments will be counted as extra credit.
Health: We will finish Ch. 8 on Monday as we learn about the harmful effects of Narcotics and Hallucinogens. A study guide will be given out on Monday. It should be completed by Wednesday. The Ch. 8 Test will be on Thursday, 11/5. We will start Ch. 9 next covering Injury Prevention on Friday.
Social Studies: The open book/note Ch. 3 Test is due Monday. Some students brought it home over the weekend if they did not finish it in class on Friday. We will be working on an Egyptian Art painting project this week. Students may wish to bring in an Art shirt to put on over their uniform for Tuesday when we begin painting. The paint does not wash out of clothing.
