Language: Final Draft Due Thursday.
NOTE: Reading is a ten minute assignment. They are to read the assigned section for ten minutes. If they wish to read more, they can feel free, but they are to read at least ten minutes each night.
Social Studies Biography:
Students have drawn their topic, and should know who they are writing about.
Note Cards are due 18 September 2008; They have had instruction on how to write up the note cards. If they have questions, please have them ask me in class.
Outline: due 25 September 2008; how to do this will be explained on the 18th and or the 19th of September.
Rough Draft: due 3 October 2008; this is a checkpoint. Rough Drafts can have mistakes... I just want to see the first draft written. It shows the student is working, thinking and making progress.
Final Draft: due 9 October 2008; This is the polished beautiful work the students have been sweating over for the past month and a half. Follow the guidelines give. I will grade by those guidelines.
