                        TEST on the capital cities. Pretest on provinces and territories was given today.  Refine and add to your

Language Arts/Walters - Write a DIALOGUE between Jacques & wife the evening of Pierre's death. (What might Jacques, Pierre's
                        boss,  say to his wife on the evening of Pierre's death?) Proper use of quotation marks required.
                        We began a read aloud,FREE BASEBALL, by our January 28th visiting author, Sue Corbett. We are
                        concentrating on Standard 6.1.3 Recognizing the origins and meanings of frequently used foreign words and
                        using these words accurately when speaking and writing. We will be reading Canadian stories to accompany
                        Social Studies study.
