Hello Superior Central School Community!
On April 2nd, I contacted Ms. JoEllen Wonsey at the Michigan Department of Education regarding our snow day situation. She indicated that since we had originally scheduled a few more hours of instruction than required to be in compliance and we rescheduled a few more hours than required, it is not necessary to be in session on Friday, May 23rd. Therefore, if we do not have any additional snow days, the last day of school for the 2007-2008 school year will be Thursday, May 22nd. Dismissal on that day will be at the regular time. The faculty will have a records day on Friday, May 23rd.
If we have additional snow days this school year, I will recalculate hours and inform you of any changes in the schedule.
Thank you in advance for your understanding regarding this matter.
