Pick out good athletic shoes for PE
Parents:
Buy good shoes for your children and stay away from skateboard shoes or straight laced shoes, they really help for skateboarding but offer little to anything else physical
Motivate your children to exercise! It's up to you to play the part in your child's fitness. Show them by taking them hiking, biking, swimming, sledding, etc. Plan activities that focus on physical activity!
Improve your childrens' eating habits by stocking the refrigerator with healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Involve them in food shopping and preparation to help them commit to healthy food choices!
