I encourage ALL students to strive for quiz scores of 9 or 10. If you earn less than 7 (C-), try some or all of these habits to begin the new tri.
Habit #1 - record all assignments in your agenda
Habit #2 - review the day's lesson
Habit #3 - teach what you learned to someone else
Habit #4 - redo quiz
Habit #5 - see Mrs. H. for help to redo a quiz
Beginning with the math project students worked on during MCA testing, all homework assignments now are calculated as part of the student's trimester three grade.
One suggestion - request that your child brings home the work, even if they completed it in class. Have your son/daughter then explain what the math concepts to reinforce them for your child.
