*Get Ready Marathon is right around the corner. Please be ready
for some highly motivated pledgers ready to go out and help
with our most successful fund raiser. Pledging Starts on Friday,
September 19.
Math- We will continue our work on chapter 2 on multiplying whole numbers and decimals and estimating multiplication problems.
**Students need to practice their Math Multiplication Facts 1-9.
Language Arts-
We will begin our second story Eye of the Storm.
Reading- Fact and Opinion and Text Organization.
Writing- Respond to a Prompt.
Grammar- Conjunctions
Spelling- Long Vowels
Social Studies- Next week in Minnesota History we will be learning more about the Native American Tribes found here. We will have our a scrapbook workday on Wednesday, September 24. Please bring all materials. We will have a quiz on Thursday, September 25.
Science- We will continue our study of chapter 2 in our Solid Earth Unit. This chapter will focus on rocks. A test will follow the completion of chapter 2.
Religion- We look for signs of God’s presence in Chapter 3. The students completed their prayer flags this week and did a wonderful job. There will be a Quiz on Chapter 3 on Friday, September 26.
