Just wanted to let you know we had a successful Pow Wow on Friday. We made our head bands in the morning finished off our rain sticks (which turned out very nice) Ate out Pow Wow food around ten on the placemats students made. I shared some Indian artifacts.
10:30 Watched the staff vs student volleybal game
11:10- Came back discussed life as an Indian boy or girl. Beat the drum- did our rain dance and then packed up.
Many spelling tests were left behind and I will give them to you at conferences. It was a bit rushed trying to fit everything in. But a fun Day!
