Sorry it's been awhile since I've keep parents up to
date on reading resource. This year is going too fast
and I lost track of time. The children have been so
wonderful this year. They are still excited to come to class and challenge their classmates, which keeps things pretty interesting.
First graders are always eager to show me how well they have studied their vocabulary words as well as read stories to me.
Second graders are coming along. I might spend sometime in class trying to refocus them but, we always get the job done before the bell rings.
Third graders come for spelling and phonics. The period flies by and there never seems to be enough time but somehow we manage to accomplish a lot in the short time we have.
Fourth graders as well run into my classroom ready to work. We always have a lot of fun. They have a way of making me laugh when I need it.
