EIGHTH GRADE, don't forget to get those Math Contest permission slips signed. The contest is fast approaching. Make sure to bring all your Mathlete Worksheets to class this week as we prepare in earnest for the contest. November 14th is the date for the Mt. Assisi Math Contest, our first contest of the year. Topics include: APV, Equations, Order of Operations, 3 person team, Pythagorean theorem, and Word Problems. Start thinking of the topic you want to work in.
SEVENTH GRADE, we begin Algebra this week as we finish our review of basic skills and Pre-Algebra. I'm excited!
