-Welcome to 6th Grade Summer Bridge! We will have six sensational weeks of sixth grade instruction in reading and writing in room 122. Starting Monday June 15th. This our third week. Please call the office to update your contact information and to check your child's progress so far. Official reports will be sent home soon.

-The same grading standards set in the regular school year apply for summer school. In other words, students WILL NOT pass summer school with D's or F's on the report card. In addition, students may not have 3 absences from the program. Failure to abide by Durkin Park's rules lead to suspension (which counts as absence). Please ensure that students are prepared for school with paper, pen/pencil, notebook, and positive attitude to produce each day! We look forward to success.

Look forward to many updated features in this website...I usually work on the weekend to have the coming week's information available on Mondays. Sign up to have email notification sent to your email, so you know exactly when a change has been made here. Just follow the link above.

-This is the third week of summer school. At this point, I do not have current phone numbers on file to contact parents. Parents of Stevenson students, please call the office to update your contact information. Watch for official 3rd week progress reports sent home by your child soon.

-The same grading standards set in the regular school year apply for summer school. In other words, your child WILL NOT pass summer school with D's or F's on the report card. In addition, your child may not have 3 absences from the program. Children who fail to abide by Durkin Park's rules, choose the consequence of suspension (which counts as absence).

Please ensure that your child is prepared for school with paper, pen/pencil, notebook, and positive attitude to produce each day! I look forward to working with you to help your child "cross the bridge" to 7th grade! Stevenson's goal: Let's get to the Branch!
