Mrs. Pecher is a homeroom teacher, but also teaches Science to all three fourth grade classrooms. Mrs. Murphy is the Math teacher, and Mrs. Tracy is the Social Studies teacher for the fourth grade.

Religion:
We will continue working on chapter 12 this week. Chapter 12 can be found on pages 151-162 in our book. WE will have a test on Tuesday, May 20th over chapter 12.
There is a website provided by the publisher of our textbooks, which allows students to access chapter test reviews. Students can also choose to forward their scores on to the teacher. In order to access this information please use the web link at the bottom of the page. Follow these steps once there:
Choose chapter reviews,
Choose Legacy Edition,
Choose grade 4,
Choose the chapter and complete the quiz.

Reading and Spelling:
We will be reading the next story in our book The Gold Rush. This story can be found on pages 612-637 in our book. We will test over the Reading story on Friday, May 16th. In Spelling we will be working on Lesson 26, found on pages 95-97. We will have our Spelling test for Lesson 26 on Friday, May 16th.
Science:
We will finish chapter A4 this week. This chapter focuses on the Human Body Systems. We will be testing over this information on Wednesday, May 14th. The flashcards have the current chapter's vocabulary words.
The trees handed out last month were Northern Red Oak.
English:
This week we will be studying articles and adjectives. This information can be found on pages 262-271. We will complete this topic the following week. We have a test planned for Monday, May 19th.
Special Classes:
We have P.E. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We have Music and Library on Fridays. We have Art and Computer on Mondays and Thursdays. We will have Spanish on Wednesdays. We will also have Church Music on most Mondays.
