MUSIC NOTES - MR. WINN

UPDATE - OCTOBER 9

The seventh grade has learned to use drumsticks with a matched grip. They are playing single stroke quarter notes, eighth notes, and sixteenth notes. They have been playing a drum cadence on snare drum and bucket drums. This is the begining of the Bucket Brigade for the 7th Grade.  We have now started on the drum set learning to use the bass drum pedal and the high hat cymbal. All students will be able to play a basic rock beat in just a few weeks.  Check back here for their progress
