Dear Parents and Students,
First Grade will have clean up on Wednesday, May 20. Please bring a bucket, sponge, and rags to use. Then on Thursday, May 21, we will celebrate our school year closing with a picnic at Turtle Park. Please pack a bag lunch and disposable drink for that day! Please do not order a school lunch for Thursday, May 21. Please return permission slip for picnic at Turtle Park.
We are Catholic Christians. This should be lived by daily classroom behavior. Christian behavior is expected at all times in a Catholic school. Please discuss the importance of not talking while someone else is talking with your child. Too often, children are interupting other students and teachers in class. This is a class goal. Please help us to succeed!
Please review sight reading words daily. (They are in the plastic zip-lock bag. Please return daily.
A word list sheet is sent home each day with the same words. Please review them as well daily and return to school.
