The First Grade will lead the Mass on Wednesday, November 18. It is the feast day of St. Rose Phillipine Duschene. Mass will be at 9am and all are welcome to join our celebration. Children have their readings to practice at home today. Please return the readings to school each day. Thanks.
Each Friday the First Grade will have a spelling test and a reading test.
Please practice our list of sight words at home each night. Your child should practice words in his/her vocabulary folder EACH day. Please review and practice these words daily. Also, please return the "Vocabulary Folder" each day. I have noticed some improvement by those students working hard at home! Thank you.
We are Catholic Christians. This should be lived by daily classroom behavior. Christian behavior is expected at all times in a Catholic school.
