Speed and Safety BEFORE Weight


Weight Room Rules


      
  1. No Horseplay in or around the weight room or training room
      
  2. Must wear appropriate dress in the weight room (clean shoes, no sandals).
      
  3. Must use spotters every time you lift
      
  4. Always squat inside the rack with safety bars at the correct depth
      
  5. Dont sacrifice good technique for more weight when lifting (quality not quantity)
      
  6. Replace all weight to correct rack and clean area before leaving the lifting area
      
  7. No gum or hard candy in the weight room or training room
      
  8. Respect others while in the weight room or training room
      
  9. Unload the bars evenly and attentively
      
  10. Adhere to safety rules at all times
