Tonight is the jr. high open house. We will start at 6:30. I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I teach most of the girls for PE in the jr high.
The first week of school we started out doing conditioning exercises to raise the heart rate, build strength and endurance. We still do some conditioning, but we have started a volleyball unit. Last week we worked on proper serving and passing the volleyball by "bumping it". This week we have been playing some lead up games and stations with volleyball. Next week we will be playing some regular volleyball games.
PE uniforms will hopefully be coming in tomorrow or by Mon. or Tues. of next week. I am anxious for them to come in too.
Please take note that only dark blue or black shorts are allowed in PE class. White or gray shirts are to be worn. No skate board shoes.
