Dear Parents,

If you would like to schedule a conference, please send a note with your son or daughter, or call the school and leave a message.  I mentioned this at Open House in August, and it is written on the interims.  DO NOT SEND E-MAILS requesting conferences.  I do not check my e-mail daily.

I will respond to your request, perhaps not on that particular day but within two days.  I will not contact you over ther weekend. I agree your concerns are valid and am happy to discuss them at the earliest possible time. I need to check my schedule before I can make these arrangements.  Please be patient, and thank you for your corporation.
