The physical education classes are now at "full steam". The boys' that come with me for physical activity are currently playing flag football. We will continue football through the 16th, then switch to volleyball.
The football team has two games down and three to go. Against Scott Middle in week 1, it was a hard fought battle on both sides. Scott finally prevailed in overtime 22 - 14 o.t.
After a bye week, the team really looked sharp in week 3 against Milton Middle. Jacob Shay and Victor Domingue each scored twice, with Ronald Broussard and Hunter Register getting a touchdown apiece. The final score was a resounding 46 - 0!!!
After defeating the Lafayette Middle Lions last Thursday 24 - 12, the boys took the field last night and played their most complete game of the season. Jacob Shay & Victor Domingue scored two TD's apiece, while Hunter Register added a magnificent 65 yarder. Kevin West rounded out the scoring with a QB safety to finish off the 40 - 0 shutout of the previously unbeaten Broussard Middle Spartans!!!
The boys have one more game next Thursday at Acadian Middle School. They will be gunning for the first Division title in the history of Judice football. Come out and support your Cardinals!!!
