Welcome Students and Parents! This web site was designed to help keep you up-to-date in 7th grade language arts. You will find an outline of weekly assignments. Students, you must still copy assignments from the 'homework' section of the board every day in your planner! (On occasion, things change due to unforeseen reasons)Thank you for visiting! ATTENTION PARENTS: If you would like to be emailed progress reports periodically for your child, please contact me through email (tsveillon@lpssonline.com) I will also send out progress reports on the dates that LPSS has scheduled for the school year.
ONGOING HOMEWORK: "Found Vocabulary" look for and write down unfamiliar words in anything you read--newspapers, magazine, books, mail, brochures, cereal boxes, food labels, home products, etc.
WEEKLY HOMEWORK:
*we are using the RAP strategy for written responses(restate, answer, prove). This will help students when taking the iLEAP tests.

Friday: happy weekend; write poems in your free time!
