Math-- We are starting multiplication and skills that require the knowledge of facts. On Monday's we are taking a pre-test. If the students miss any, they are going to write them 5 times meach every night. Test will be on Friday on the same facts as the pre-test. We will do this every week until most of the students are fluent in multiplication facts.
We will have a quiz Wednesday on expression and solving equations.
Homework: Monday-- write missed facts 5 times each from pre-test. It is stapled in their notebook.
Tuesday-- Write facts 5 times each
Wednesday-- Write facts 5 times each Quiz on expressions and equations. They have samples in their notebook and workbook.
Thursday-- Write facts 5 times each
Friday--Multiplication Quiz
Science-- This week we will study Clues from fossils. The students have vocabulary defined in their notebook and study guide.
Homework: Monday: Answer study guide
Tuesday: Study Voc. and study guide
Wednesday:study voc. and study guide
Thursday:Test
Friday: Enjoy the holidays
Parents: Please check your child's planner nightly for homework assigned and check that your child has completed it.
