I trust that you are all fairing well in the aftermath of the ice storm and it's damage. Because of the closing of the schools for the week 12/10-12/14, the Winter Program scheduled for Tuesday 12/18 at 9:30am has tentatively been rescheduled for Thursday 12/20 at 9:30am.
* The Band classes have had a combined rehearsal and would require at least one more combined rehearsal on the stage.
* The Strings classes need to have their combined rehearsal-plus a rehearsal on stage.
* The dress rehearsal that includes the Vocal department needs to happen a day before the performance date.
The students have worked very hard in preparation for this performance, and I feel it is important for these young musicians to perform even if it means postponing the performance until a more suitable time in January. To keep you updated on the performance schedule, notification will be sent home and you may also check the schoolnotes page.
