Students have been assigned a novel project to be completed by May 19th/20th (Block Day). They have the directions- which is "Reading Bingo." I'll put in on the internet as well.
Please remind students that school isn't over, and they are still expected to do their work and learn. Some people sometimes forget this!
Week of 04May09
Monday-
1. Class will go to computer lab to work on Skill Bank lesson. Complete Word comprehension test on lessons 1 -5.
Tuesday/Wednesday -
1. Warm up- TLW complete warm up as directed.
2. TLW finish the cooperative group lesson that was begun last week.
3. TLW learn vocabulary by completing Word Skills lesson handout.
HW- Finish WS lesson, if necessary.
Thursday-
1. TLW complete warm up as directed.
2. TLW write essay detailing how to make a ham and cheese sandwich.
HW- Finish ham and cheese essay, if necessary.
Friday-
1. TLW complete warm up as directed.
2. Teacher will demonstrate difficulty of writing good directions by making H/C sandwich according to students’ essays.
