Dear Parents,
In third grade your child will learn many new concepts. This is also the first year that your child will take the TAKS test.They must pass the reading portion in order to be promoted to 4th grade. This means that you and I must work together to make this happen.
I encourage you to read nightly with your child. Also,please check and sign your child's planner and rocket record nightly. This is my way of communicating with you daily about what your child is learning and how they are behaving in class.
I look forward to a great year of learning with the end in mind which is success for all students.

ATTENDANCE IS TAKEN EACH MORNING AT 9:00A.M.
STUDENTS ARE ABSENT AFTER 9:30A.M. AND TARDY AT 8:01.
