Wow! Here we are in May and school is almost over. This time of year is really hard for me. I hate to see the year end. Each child has come so far this year,in so many ways, I would love to continue watching them grow in life and in their academics. I have enjoyed all your children this year, they are each one a blessing.
Friday, May 2:
Salvation Cross color: GREEN represents the new life we have in Jesus.
The Gravity Test: Mr. James will be dropping fruits and vegetables off the roof of LCA! Your child will hypothize about what will the fruit do when it hits the ground. Watch for the Lime green paper with all the hypothesis'.
Week of May 5:
We will review letters Tt, Vv, Ww
On Monday, a phonics test over me, zi, fog, lad, (all short vowels and the word note.(Our first long vowel to read!)
MUFFINS WITH MOM:
Friday, May 9th. We will be serving muffins and tea in Fellowship Hall at 10:30. All the PreK classes will be singing some special songs for you. This is a special time for you and your child, we are asking Please no siblings. The attire will be Sunday best, the teachers will be taking a mother child photo.

We will be reviewing letters Yy and Zz

Monday - no school - holiday
Wednesday - the last day of school. Our class party will be on this day. Watch the sign in table for a sign-up when we decide the party.
Book-It Beginner's:April was our last month. Hope you enjoyed the pizza.
