The Science released TAKS test link has been added so that the students may complete the extra credit being offered for Science this six weeks. Students will be receiving a note with instructions this week :)

Thursday- 7:15 am TAKS tutorial -Big book activities and anchor labs
Social Studies- Presidential review
Friday-TAKS practice, adaptaion game, moon phases, earth, moon, sun sort game
Social Studies- Chapter 20- complete assessment
April 27th- May 1st, 2009
Monday- Science- TAKS practice test
Social Studies-textbook read pages 561-567 complete the review on pageg 567
Tuesday- Science- go over TAKS test
Social Studies- discuss immigration, read pages 568-577 in textbook, listen to voices of Ellis Island
Wednesday- Review Day- vocabulary- TAKS prep
Social Studies- students will research a person that went through Ellis Island and will present their person in class on Friday
Thursday- Science TAKS test- no rotations
Friday- Science/Health- Begin disucssion of healthy eating choices, video
Social Studies- present their Ellis Island people
