Summary Homwork: Students are to write a summary of a book they have read at home each week. (If a student is reading a longer chapter book they may write a summary of the chapters they read that week.) Students have written summaries in class and are familiar with the summary format they are to use. A copy of the format is in the front of the journal. Students are to write one summary each week. Summary Journals go home each Friday and are due the following Friday.
Spelling Homework:
Just a reminder that students may now practice their spelling words @ www.spellingcity.com. Students may print off a copy of what they have completed online and attach it to one of the pages in their spelling journal to substitute for ONE of the weeks spelling assignments. If it will not print, a parent may write and initial what was completed on line.

Tuesday: Write your words in ABC Order
