Each student may bring a small vehicle to use in the city we are designing.
First Quarter Book Report - due on or before Oct. 10
Choose a book you would like to read. After you have finished reading the book, follow the directions for making the stick puppet. Practice giving your book report to someone at your house before you do if for the class. Fill out the form that was sent home and bring it to school along with your stick puppet.
Make a Stick Puppet
1. Draw a picture of your book character on heavy paper. Color it and cut it out.
2. Glue your puppet to a flat stick. Hold the stick while you talk with your puppet.
3. Pretend you are the book character. Use the puppet to tell about the book. Talk the way you think the character would sound.
