We are now into the home stretch of school with less than 2 months left!
Students are now preparing to take their TAKS tests to show all they have learned this year.
8th grade took their Reading test in February and we had 89% pass on their first try! Way to go 8th grade! :)
8th grade is taking their Math test tomorrow. We know they will do great.
Other testing is coming up at the end of the month as follows;
April 29th- 6th and 7th grade TAKS Math
April 30th- 6th and 7th grade TAKS Reading
8th grade-TAKS Reading (second try)
May 1st-- 8th grade TAKS Science
May 2nd-- 8th grade TAKS Social Studies
May 13th-- 8th grade TAKS Math (second try)
Please remember to encourage your children to do their best. Be sure they have a good night's sleep the night before and that they are ready and prepared on the day of the test.
