PYP Planner: Attention Shoppers

Central idea: Economic systems vary from simple exchange to complex interactions.

Inquiry into: Barter to business, supply and demand/ producers and consumers, development of a business.

Math: Using basic facts to compute extended facts, describe rules for patterns and use them to solve problems, and solve multidigit number stories involving addition and subtraction.

Reading: My Beloved Dearly by Doug Cooney

Spelling:  Three letter clusters Unit 7

English: Nouns- common and proper

States: Kansas KS and Nebraska NE

 Progress reports are going home today.  Please sign and return on Monday.  I will send it back to you to keep once I see the signature.  The Social Studies grades were very high because we have been doing a science planner.  The only SS grades I have so far are the states tests.  We are starting our economics planner next week so more grades will be added in the upcoming weeks.
