IBPYP:
We are currently working on our planner Water, Water Everywhere. We are learning that water is a finite natural resource. It is an inquiry into the affects of humans on world's water. We are learning more about the water cycle, where our water comes from, and what we should do to take care of it AND conserve it.
What We"re Learning:
In Reading and Writing we are comparing and contrasting different styles and formats of poetry. We are creating lots of poetry!
In math we are learning about fractions. We are learning math vocabulary such as whole, halves, thirds, fourths, and equal. We are learning that fractions are part of every day life.
In Language we are working on rhyme, alliteration, similes, and metaphors.
In science we are working on our Water planner.
Classroom News:
Please be on time. Students enter the classrooms at five minutes till eight.
We continue to need more large erasers. Thank you to those of you who shared a few.

Our specials rotation is as follows: Day A-Dance, Day B-P.E., Day C-Spanish, Day D-Art, Day E-Music
Extra classes include Science Lab on Day A, Library on Day E, and Computer Lab on Day B.
