Athletes must have the following to participate in athletics:
1. Physical
2. Parent approval form
3. 35 dollars for HISD insurance or Insurance waiver completed and notarized
Please have all paperwork completed and turned in to Coach O'Brien during the first week of school!!
Supplies needed for Physical Education:
Each student must have a combination lock and uniform.(uniform may be purchased at Grady) I encourage all students to have a towel and deoderant to keep in their Physical Education locker.
