Athletes must have the following to participate in athletics:
1. Physical
2. Parent approval form
3. 35 dollars for HISD insurance or Insurance waiver completed and notarized

Supplies needed for Physical Education:
Each student must have a combination lock and uniform.(uniform may be purchased at Grady) I encourage all students to have a towel and deoderant to keep in their Physical Education locker.
During the next 6 weeks classes will have units in Basketball, Soccer, Kickball, and Omnikin.
Students are encouraged to practice body bridges and push-ups for thier upcoming push-up test.
