HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY! Now, it's three weeks of rehearsals and performances before the winter holidays. Come back ready to work!
THANKS to all the parents who transported instruments and equipment to Parker. We appreciate you!!!
EARLY MORNING REHEARSAL every day this week as we prepare for the Spaghetti Dinner. Please arrive as close to 8 a.m. as possible. We have lots of music to learn before Friday night.
THE JOHNSTON ORCHESTRA SPAGHETTI DINNER is this Friday (December 5). Students should be selling tickets and collecting items for the auction. This is a great fund raiser, especially if we can get a good crowd. The Intermediate Orchestra will be performing at 5:30. The Advanced Orchestra should begin around 6:00. Parents, be sure you sign up to work, if possible. Thanks!
SPAGHETTI DINNER -- Advanced Orchestra students should be dressed in concert uniform, ready to perform no later than 5:15 p.m. Please eat dinner before changing into your uniform. Spaghetti can be sloppy!!
THE BRANSON TRIP HAS BEEN APPROVED! We will be allowed to travel to Branson, Missouri, for a clinic and performance at the New American Theater. We will leave on Thursday, March 5, and return on Sunday, March 8. Look for more information soon!
