Greetings,

I am the 8th Grade English teacher for House M at Johnston Middle School.

This semester the English classes will focus on:
Short Stories from the Language of Literature Textbook

*Plot
*Setting
*Mood
*Tone

Character Journals
Dialectical Journals
Writing
Socratic Seminars
Philosophical Chairs
Voacabulary

*Daily Grammar Reviews (every class period)

*Extra Credit will be provided every week starting Monday August 31, 2009. Extra credit will be due on Fridays.(No exceptions)

I am not available on Tuesday mornings because I have duty in the mornings.

I am curretly available afterschool on Wednesdays from 4:00pm-4:45pm.
