What we have learned:
Journal setup in all classes.
*Process Skill Review: lab safety, observations and inferences, scientific method, Happy Birthday Lab, Metric system review, Metric Lab.
*Chemistry Unit: Chemistry vocabulary, chemical and physical property notes, Periodic Table of Elements, Atomic number, Atomic structure, electron, proton, neutron, period, family/group, metal, non-metal, metalloid, noble gases, alkali metals, halogens, alkaline earth metals, valence electrons, Bohr models, energy levels related to periods on PTE, test over chemistry unit.
*Physics Unit: introduction to vocabulary, physics foldable, force, net force, balanced and unbalanced forces and how to recognize them via drawing.
Tuesday - (P) - 11/18: Complete Physics foldable. Complete/review results for CA#2.
Hmwk: No homework.
Wednesday - (G) - 11/19: Teacher out for training. Students will work on assignment out of textbook and worksheet.
Hmwk: What is not completed in class.
Thursday - (P) - 11/20: Physics notes. Unbalanced Forces vs Blanced Forces.
Hmwk: Forces AYR? - Due Monday
Friday - (G) - 11/21: Physics notes. Unbalanced Forces vs. Balanced forces.
Hmwk: Forces AYR? - due Tuesday!
