WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL

This is my Physical Education and Health School Notes Web Page.
My classroom and fitness lab days are Monday and Tuesday. We will do a classroom activity for 25 minutes and work out in the fitness lab for 25 minutes each day.  Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we will do an outdoor activity.  However, we may run the mile any day of the week; Monday through Friday.
If you are absent make sure ask for any class work or homework assignments.
Remember if you miss Physical Education class for any reason you must turn in an assignment to make up for the daily participation points. The student must ask the teacher for the assignment and it must be turned within one week.
IF A STUDENT IS INJURED OR SICK AND CAN NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE DAYS ACTIVITY AN ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT WILL BE GIVEN AND IS DUE AT THE END OF THE CLASS PERIOD.
Sturdy laced up tennis shoes are mandatory EVERY day.  Tennis shoes must be worn on the classroom day because we may have a fitness related activity outside.
