  • Celebrate Earth Sciences Week at Cabot Space & Science Center!
    Celebrate the wonder of everyone’s favorite planet, Earth, on Saturday, October 18th from 11am to 4pm! During National Earth Science Week join Chabot and other Bay Area organizations in learning about the geosciences. There will be some rockin’ outdoor activities for all ages including gold panning, rock and mineral identification, earthquake shake table challenges and even touch real meteorites, plus much more! Compete in a Lego™ Solar Car Challenge or take a naturalist-led hike among the beautiful redwoods that surround Chabot. Activities are free with General Admission (for ticket prices, please visit http://www.chabotspace.org/visit). Advanced reservations are encouraged for the hike, call the Box Office at (510) 336-7373.
