INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN ENGINEER? The Society of Women Engineers is sponsoring the Engineering Awareness Program (EAP) to FEMALE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. You will have the opportunity to interact with professional engineers and college students and learn about a variety of career opportunities available in the field of engineering. This event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm in Folsom. Registration must be postmarked no later than November 4th. SACRAMENTO CITY COLLEGE PREVIEW NIGHT Thursday, November 5th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Invitation is open to 11th and 12th graders. Presentations include degree and certificate programs, financial aid, and transferring to a four-year school.

Attention FFA members! The last day to submit money for the Made For Excellence and Advanced Leadership Academy Conferences is the 9th of November. This is an excellent opportunity for 10th-12th graders to obtain advanced leadership training.
FFA members that checked out beef jerky must submit money from sales no later than the 10th of November. After the 10th of November, student fines will be submitted to the front office. Please submit money to Mr. Van Riper as soon as possible. Thanks
If you're planning to try out for the JV or Varsity Boys Basketball team for the upcoming 2009-2010 season. There will be a short meeting held Nov 10th at 5:30pm.
