All students showing market livestock at the Sacramento County Fair need to have their picture taken in their FFA uniform (from the waist up) on Friday March 19th beginning @ 1:00pm in the Ag Department. If you miss this date you will be responsible to take your own picture and deliver it to the Livestock office. See an FFA Advisor for further details.
The Delta FFA March meeting and Chapter Degree ceremony is Wednesday March 17th – see your Ag teacher for a degree application. Dinner starts at 6pm (pizza!!!!) with the meeting directly following at 6:30pm and a game of volleyball at the end.
The Delta Ag Boosters along with the support of the Delta FFA, is hosting their annual Dinner Dance and Silent/Live Auction on Saturday March 20th in Thorton. All agriculture students are encouraged to help with the fundraising by donating an item to be placed in the auction. All money raised is used for leadership events, community service projects, scholarships, SAE projects and to help in the growth and support of the Delta HS Agriculture Department 7th – 12th grades. Students can earn FFA participation and Ag Bucks by donating. Please see your Ag teacher for more details.

Cesar Chavez Youth Leadership Conference - This year's conference will take place on Saturday, March 20, 2010--this Saturday! There will be career workshops, a play, and music. This is a FREE event; however it will only be open to students with no F's. If you are interested in attending, please complete a grade check and contact Miss Matthews or Miss Sharp as soon as possible for more details.
Community Service Opportunity: Help empty the recycling bins after school on Friday, March 19th. Meet in Ms. Sneed’s room at 3:20pm. Your community service forms must be signed by your parents and approved by Mrs. Gumataotao for your hours to be counted toward the graduation requirement.

Reminder to “Anything Goes” Cast Members: Rehearsal will be from 6pm-8pm tonight in the auditorium. We will review all material learned so far (Scenes, blocking, music). Lead roles should expect to stay the entire time; smaller roles might leave before 8pm depending on progress. Tomorrow’s rehearsal (Friday 3/19) will be from 4pm to 6pm in the auditorium.
