THIS WEEK'S WORK/Announcements-------------------------
5/15 I wanted to wish all my students a great last few weeks of school and a wonderful summer. I am very proud of them and their numerous accomplishments. I have had a great year teaching them and will enjoy seeing them prosper as taller and wiser 8th graders!!
I unexpectedly had to stop working per the doctor's request as the baby is coming sooner than we thought!!! The students are lucky to have Mrs. Hoelker as my replacement and their long-term sub, who stepped in this Friday, May 15th and will be their teacher for the remainder of the year. She taught language arts and social studies here at Camerado for many years and when she retired, I took over her classes! If you have questions regarding assignments or homework you will have to rely on your child's binder reminder or call and leave a voicemail at my extentsion: 1604, as she will not be updating my web page.
-FUN DAY at the Park: Our last Fun Day will be next Wednesday, May 20th. In order to attend Fun Day, students need at least 90 merits and must have all passing grades. Fun Day will be across the street at the park from 1:30 until 2:05. Mrs. Hoelker and Mr. Flowers will be serving rootbeer floats to the kids!!
