I hope all of you enjoyed your spring break!

The Letter People day was a great success! Thank you to all of you for helping your child with their costume! The kids did a great job introducing themselves to different classes! We even made some words with the different letter costumes! It was a very fun day!

SAVE THE DATE- Monday, May 23 at 12:00 - Kindergarten Celebration, the kids will sing a few songs and they will receive a certificate for completing kindergarten. Our class will be with Mrs. Leonard /Mrs. Gilmore’s class. Please put this date on your calendars.

Monday, April 4- Thursday, April 7th – I will be out of the class doing kindergarten screenings. You will not receive weekly progress report this coming week or the week of kindergarten screenings. Please remind your child to be on their best behavior for the substitute.

Please continue praying for Rhyan, her family and the medical team. Over spring break, Rhyan’s brother, sister and grandparents were able to fly to NYC to visit Rhyan, Jen and Brad. Rhyan was overjoyed to see the rest of her family! I truly believe the visit helped Rhyan to start feeling better and her counts started going up. They were even discharged from the hospital. Rhyan, Jen and Brad are staying until Wednesday because of some scans Rhyan will have on Monday and Tuesday. They are hoping to be home by this Wednesday. Jen posted an update on Caring Bridges and FB. I know they really miss being home, so they are so excited to be home! I was hoping we all could be on their street to welcome them back home. I think they will be arriving home during school. They know we will be thinking of them and have big smiles knowing they are now home after being gone for more than a month.

Please double check your child's fleece to make sure they do not have another child's fleece.  Thank you!
