I hope this email finds you doing well at home. I want to share with you that late assignments are accepted but you need to notify me in Band App. Please include in your text; cyberday number and title.
Read Band App for notifications and open Google Classroom for assignments everyday at 10am. Use the Google forms to complete assignments with your name on top and your email address. Copy and paste from your friend's work is not acceptable, it is plagiariarism. If you need help, you should text me in Band.
There is a Zoom meeting schedule for tomorrow Monday, the time for each block is posted in your Band group.
1. Have your Spanish binder on your table/desk to annotate ( yes, get up from your bed!)
2. Open the Spanish online book
3. Participate- ask/asnwer questions
4. Smile! you are in camera :)

Dear Cadets and Families,
I am glad to meet with you online and to continue working on Spanish 2 class. Today, we initiated the cyber week#1 Spanish2@DMA. We had a video conference for each individual block for 30 minutes (Zoom App) Block 6th is divided in two sections. There is an schedule posted in Band App, please check your Band Class.

Assignments will be posted and submitted in Google Classroom. All cadets have signed-up to Google Classroom at the beginning of the semester, so they are receiving the emails on Gmail.com---check your gmail/icloud account!
I need all cadets to sign-up on Band App in order to communicate with me and receive daily notifications.
I will start making phone calls home to be sure parents and students are following us online. If you have any questions, situation or concern, please send me a Band text/private mode.

Buenos días! Good morning!
Dear Parents,
I would love to have you all in the Band App chat rooms/classes but I noticed that some of my students do not want to participate if another adult is in the room. This is our new classroom now, and we will use the Band App to communicate between student(s) and Sra. Diaz. We will have online meetings every other day on Zoom App around 12:00pm. Zoom meetings are neccessary to clarify any questions or concerns they might have working online.
If you want to follow the assignments and progress of the class, please ask your student about Google Classroom and HAC websites. These are the sites you can use to follow the virtual Spanish class. If you have any questions, I will try to answer ASP and please send me an email to:
Important things to remind the students:
1. Access Google Classroom daily at 10:00am.
2. Sign-up using their full name; nicknames or disrespecful names are not allowed and I will keep the records if needed.
3. Use proper language during meeting/online conferences- we all are at home and we can listeng to all your conversations.
4. Communicate with Sra. Diaz within the following hours : 7:25-3:15pm ( Band App or [email protected])
5. Read instructions on Google Classroom and submit assignments on time.

I hope you are doing well. I want to share with you the information regarding the Spanish Cyber Days from 3/16-3/30. All Cyber Day assignments will be posted on Google Classroom and some projects will be submitted the first day of school ( Remember last Friday? Si/Yes, the same way we simulated an online class that day...no whinning!)
These are the tools you need to access and download the PDF's for Units 4 and 5 ( Please follow-up daily and send me emails if you need assistance)
What do I need Sra? ¿Qué necesito Sra?
1. Google Classroom - Code : 4bs2w7d (yes, you joined the class at the beginning of the semester) Use your gmail!
2. Spanish Online Book -@hometutor Unit 4 and Unit 5/ Vocabulary and Grammar
3. Download PDF's for Unit 4 and Unit 5 - Write your answers in paper and use the "Classwork section" of your Spanish binder.
4. Complete two projects- a) Prepare a "Tortilla Española" for breakfast - 10 points ( Video ) 3-5 minutes.
b) Make a "Mola Art Project" (Video ) submit it online/ and bring it the first day of school- 10 points

6. Need a hard copy of the assignments? I leave only 10 copies in my classroom and you can get them on Monday from 10-12pm. Please confirm with me bye EMAIL if you need a hard copy so I can make more if needed.
