Parent / Teacher Conferences

On Wed, Feb 13th from 4 - 6 PM and Wed, Feb 14th from 12:30 - 6:00 PM we will be conducting MS Parent / Teacher Conferences.

I have attached an instruction letter to the files section of the MS Missing Work Schoolnotes Page in three different languages (English, Spanish & Russian). Please print off grade sheets from Infinite Campus prior to coming to your conference to review with teachers. No appointment is necessary, these are 20 minute drop-in conferences. First-come, first-served. This is mid-quarter report time for the 3rd quarter. The 3rd quarter does not end until March 13th.


Mid-Quarter Progress Reports

Friday, Nov 16th marks the cut-off for mid-quarter grades for 2nd quarter. Progress reports will be e-mailed out when we come back from Fall break the last week of November for low or failing grades in a core class.

On Wed, Oct 17 from 4 - 6 PM & Thurs, Oct 18th from 12 - 6 PM the MS team will be conducting student-lead Parent Conferences on a drop-in basis. Attached to the Missing Work Schoolnotes page under the Files tab is a letter of explanation in 3 different home languages.


Mid-Quarter Progress Reports

Teachers are now posting their mid-quarter grades for the first quarter. They will either be sending home an e-mail or hard copy of grades in core classes of a D or an F. Please check Infinite Campus regularly for up-to-date information on grades and missing assignments. The phone app with alerts turned on works as the best way to stay on top of your kids grades. Please contact teachers directly for any concerns about grades or missing assignments.

Final Grades Posted

Final grades for all middle school students have now been posted & are ready to be viewed or printed from Infinite Campus. From our teachers, staff & admin team Thank you for an awesome year and the opportunity to serve your family. Have a wonderful Summer!
